Vigor 130 not able to configure on Plusnet was created by bertd
Hi
I've recently purchased Draytek vigor 130 ADSL/VDSL router modem.
My ISP is plusnet and I'm unable to connect to my ISP with my new modem.
My ISP account needs login & password to connect and I'm unable to work out how to enter the username/password from dray tek configuration.
Any pointers will be appreciated.
Thanks and Regards

The username and password are entered in the attached router (or PC if you are connecting the 130 directly to a PC). You shouldn't have to configure anything on a 130 "out of the box" for PlusNet.

As Piste Basher says , it is plug and play, no settings required. The box contains a quick start guide and a .pdf can be found on the downloads page :

Also, when I was searching online, found this - http://eu.draytek.com:10130/
However, when I login to my drytek setup, I do not have the option to enter username/password under PPPoE/PPPoA setting.

As it states at the top of that Draytek link page "The model range available, feature sets and local support varies in different local markets.
Please contactsupport@draytek.com or the local supplier for the exact product specification."
The 130 sold in the UK is a modem/bridge, similar to the old Openreach modem. It does not have the router facility of non-UK models. As per the BT Whole Home instructions - your first whole home unit is connected to your router or hub.
