Reading this I had a sense of Deja vu , the same situation was reported a few months ago.

Try logging in to the modem and reflashing the firmware via TFTP .

Thank you very much for your reply.

Am I right in guessing you used the _STD version of the firmware rather than the _BT (UK specific) version?

Do you know if there is any merit in using TFTP to upload the firmware over that of uploading the firmware with a web browser? The latter seems the easiest way of doing it and is the way I have upgraded the firmware on by Vigor 120s.

It wasn't my modem in question, I just remembered the question.

DrayTek support suggested the user reflash using TFTP , I think it is better where there are problems.

You could try the alternative firmware, that works well with ECI street cabinets, if your not sure then stick with the BT version which should be fine with Zen Adsl.
