Just letting everyone know what the latest firmware 3.8.6 breaks something and SKY Mer will no longer login.
gone back to 3.8.4.6 which seems to work and logs in fine to Sky

That's unfortunate, could you possibly contact support about that so that it can be corrected for the next firmware release?
I'm not aware of any changes in the firmware to how DHCP is handled on the WAN that could cause that.

Interesting... mine seems OK, though we did have an issue today where the DNS servers weren't responding to us... Quickly changing to opendns sorted that

It is interesting to note that for a couple of nights now, we've had issues seemingly related to DNS & DHCP. Downgrading this evening to 3.8.5.3 resolved the issues, so perhaps there is an issue with Sky MER compatibility.

For the benefit of all other readers, Draytek support suggested a reset and then re-create the WAN connection with all the required DHCP settings. This has been shown to work well so far.

Just thought I would try all this again. Using the latest 3.8.8 firmware.
I factory reset the router on the new firmware and use all the defaults apart from the usual 101 for the WAN and the SKY MER details. Same as it was and refuses to login.
On this same config I downgraded back to 3.8.4.5 and logs in straight away.
Seems something odd with the firmware maybe but anything about 3.8.4.5 refuses to login to Sky MER
any ideas?
