2862ac, Juniper in pass through, FTTP slow speeds was created by ruthiew
Hi all, we have a client who has recently had FTTPoD installed in 2 offices. Supplier has provided a Juniper router in pass through mode and we have configured a 2862 to manage NAT etc. at each site.
The problem is that if you connect a laptop directly to the Juniper, the upload and download speeds are as expected (20Mb/s up and down).
When the Draytek is connected the upload speed drops, at one site only by 3 - 4 Mbps but at the other its a drop of about 50%!! You can see this in the Draytek connection management as well as speedtests.
Settings have been double checked by ourselves and Draytek and all appears OK from a configuration perspective but the routers continue to show slow upload.
Just wondering if anyone has come across this before as its driving us and the client mad and we are to the point of having to look for an alternative router.
Thanks in advance

Is the 2862 supports HA (Hardware Acceleration) have you turned it off?
