2860 BT IPv6 not routing

Hi,

I've spent far too many hours trying to get to the bottom of this problem and I suspect it's an issue outside of my control. But before I shrug and give up, would you please make sure I've not done anything stupid!?

2860 Config:
IPv6 Internet Access
Mode Address Scope Up Time
WAN1 -> PPP 2A00:b1aa:b1aa:EC00:1D:AAFF:FEF0:8AE9/128 Global
FE80::1D:AAFF:FEF0:8AE9/128 Link

LAN IPv6 Setup (Enable IPv6 checked)
Current IPv6 Address Table:
1 2A00:b1aa:b1aa:EC01:21D:AAFF:FEF0:8AE8/64
2 FE80::21D:AAFF:FEF0:8AE8/64

DNS Server IPv6 Address (Enable)
Primary: 2001:1608:10:25::1C04:B12F
Secondary: 2001:1608:10:25::9249:D69B

Management: SLAAC(stateless)
Other Option (O-bit): Checked/Enabled

DHCPv6 Server (Enabled)
Auto IPv6 range: Checked/Enabled

Firewall -> Filters
I have created a Filter to pass inbound ICMPv6 (Protocol:58) immediately.
