hi people, im a complete newbie here and in desperate need of help !
i have a g22400 managed switch which is working fine as a switch BUT i can not connect to the web gui to set this thing up. the previous owner isnt contactable any longer so im out of luck, i cant even get the ip of the switch to begin to try user/password combinations and as there isnt a factory reset button im stumped. any thing anyone can suggest please ?

I recommend contacting support for assistance. You'll need a serial console cable to manage it if you don't have the IP address details.
The support team should be able to help with regaining access to the switch if you don't know the username & password.
