I've upgraded a number of 2860's from 3.8.4.3 BT to 3.8.4.4 BT and now dial-in SSL is not working.
The SmartVPN client displays "Can't connect to SSL VPN Tunnel server !!!"
Nothing is recorded in the router logs for the connection attempt.
Any one else seeing a problem?

I can't comment on this particular issue, because I've not installed 3.8.4.4 ...
The reason I've not installed it, is because I have 3.8.5.RC5 , which introduced a new bug: SNMP Traffic Counters return zero, instead of the correct results .
The 3.8.5.RC5 build dates from around the same time as 3.8.4.4 , which is why I'm suspicious it will also have the same bug.
Can anyone confirm that ?

The SSL VPN does work (at least here...) with 3.8.4.4_BT - both from Android (v1.0.9) & Windows (v4.3.3.2) SmartVPN clients. I use mOTP to authenticate.

I bit the bullet and upgraded...
...SSL VPN via "Android Smart VPN" still works OK.
SNMP WAN2 Traffic counters still work OK.
