That can be done using the CSM > App Enforcement, there's an option in there to block Tor.
The App Enforcement profile would then be applied in the Firewall menu, using Firewall > General Setup > Default Rule to apply it to the whole network, or using the Filter Rules to apply it to individual IPs / VLANs.
The App Enforcement signatures are updated with the firmware so it may be necessary to update the firmware for it to be able to block the latest versions of Tor.

Thanks for that, I have configured an APPE Profile, and have added it to a Data filter. Unfortunately it does nothing.
In order to test, I created another APPE profile, one that blocks ADrive, and added that to the data filter, and that has no effect either,www.adrive.com is still available.
Is there something that I'm missing?
Thanks

Is the data filter rule in Filter set 2? That's the default data filter that gets processed first (set on firewall > General Setup)
If it's in a different filter set, make sure Filter Set 2 points to Filter set 3 by going into it and selecting the Next Filter Set.
