Block Vpn User with Firewall was created by rvelasco
Hi,
I have in my Draytek 3900 a content license by Cyren , it works fine with the IP´s on my lan, But I want to block sites for the Vpn Users too.
this is the user
and this is the rule of the firewall
upload images
but it doesn't block the vpn user.
How can i block sites and content of a VPN user?
Thanks

Hi rvelasco,
There are a few things that could be happening here.
Do you have a test setup that emulates the remote user on your laptop or similar?
What VPN client are you using on the remote computer?
It's quite possible that you are experiencing split tunnelling, this is where not all traffic is being passed back through your corporate network.
On your test rig (when connected by vpn) try a 'tracert google.com' see if the traffic is going via your vpn or over the test users default gateway.
Cheers
