Pull up a seat for another tale of woe.

Our 3900 keeps disabling its url CYREN content filter.

We activate it, then a day or two later it has deactivated itself, no config changes from us or reboots or anything else, it just stops.

If we go to:

Object Setting - Web Category Object - Content Filter License

We are shown:

License : Activate URL
Enable : disable (Invalid License)
Service : Cyren
Start Date : 2017-01-12
Expire Date : 2018-01-12

So we have to go to the CYREN url, click activate (and the Enable area then says enabled) and the cycle repeats itself a day or two later.

Anyone else seen this or had problems?

Oursstay enabled without issue until we do a reboot on one of our 3900's. Then we have to do the full procedure as you described.
