Right, but what exactly is the service you're using, what hardware do BT provide and how is it connected up?
e.g. a router, a set-top box... is this BT TV, BT Youview ???

its a VDSL connection direct into a phone socket to our excahnge, its a FTTC service in the UKscuzzie2k wrote:

Think its sorted now, its a ISP issue and they think there was a issue with my IP routing, seems to be sorted but thanks for you help
