HTTP traffic monitoring was created by quantiq
Hello all.
We have just bought a 3900 and want to setup HTTP traffic monitoring for both allowed and blocked traffic.
I've got smart monitor to display results on allowed traffic but I cant find anywhere to monitor blocked traffic and who tried to access the restricted site.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks
Nick

The router's Syslog will show which sites have been blocked by the firewall and CSM
Check this guide for configuring & using syslog:
http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-syslog
On that router, the utility operates the same way but configuration on the router is slightly different, the menu location is the same but the syslog configuration is located in "Syslog Access Setup" and to send syslog to a PC, you would need to set the Status to "Both" instead of "Local", then the options to specify where to send syslog will appear.
SmartMonitor shows only what has been allowed through & downloaded.
