Subnet Help for Site network was created by purelaise
Hi all,

We have a 2830 router at a customer site we re doing work for. We are contractors on site with our own external static IP on the sites network leading straight to our Draytek. Our draytek is doing DHCP and providing the LAN for our 6 PCs and Server over the next two years at this site. Our lan is 192.168.XXX.XXX. This is great. Our issue is we have to print from the main network which is 172.12.XXX.XXX. They have given us a live port in the wall on their network. My question is how will I be able to get our machines to see their subnet by plugging this cable into say "LAN 4" in the router? The site IT are very difficult to get hold of so if I can achieve this with out needing to contact them given what we have that would be great.

Looking forward to your advice and instructions! (Without being cheeky!)
