2860 - RDP access using multiple IPs was created by blacksnow
Hi,
I have set up multiple external IPs on WAN1 (Internet connection) using WAN1 IP Alias ( Multi-NAT ). Then under NAT >> Open Ports >> Edit Open Ports I have selected the IP and set the Private IP to the local PC and added TCP 3389 to the rules. However I can't RDP externally. I can RDP internally using 192.168 address.
Any pointers please.
Thanks.

Hi,
Do check that there aren't any conflicting rules in the "Port Redirection" settings. Also, you might need to create an Allow rule in the Firewall settings to allow external access.
