Please can you add an enhancement to the USER Mode facility, which will give the option of READ ONLY so that users who have the USER Mode password are not able to make any changes, only see line status and basic configuration - http://www.draytek.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=5745&Itemid=293&lang=en
This will be particularly use full when talking a customer through troubleshooting line status without giving them a password in which they can make changes to the Draytek configuration.

yes more flexibility on UI access would be useful. The user mode gives too many rights.
An additional mode should be read only where all settings are visible but not changable,
Another mode should be operational status giving:-
Dashboard
online status
Wireless station list
Wireless AP discovery
LTE status
Everything in the diagnostics tab
