Small Switch for DrayTek VLAN was created by greenwood-it
Hiya,
I need to setup two separate small LANs in a remote location on a site. There is currently one CAT5 cable, so a VLAN seems to be the quick answer, especially as the main site router is a 2860.
The question is, does a VigorSwitch P-1090 support DrayTek VLANs? I know the larger switches do, but we only need half a dozen ports. If not, is there a similar 8 port switch that would work in conjunction with the 2860 VLANs?
Thanks for any advice.

It does not support (as in 'understand') VLANs but will probably pass tags right through... I assume
you do mean tagged VLAN. If it's port based, then any switch will do. How many devices
will each LAN segment have ?
