Is there a limit to blocked MAC addresses that can be applied to a WAN profile?

It appears when I add around 60 MAC addresses to the ACL it then fails to apply the default profile

Auto provision and manually applying profile to access point fail with the same error

Event log says

"APM AutoProvision failed re-discover"

In the 2860 setup pages it says that there is a limit of 64 entries.
