Hello

NTP is not syncing on my network, I can ping the server but not port 123 UDP (NTP port). The Draytek is accessing the NTP server on WAN2, so the IT dept says that maybe the Draytek is blocking port 123 as they claim the NTP server works on the other side.

I have enabled the syslog and cannot see anything blocked. Firewall is set as default. I'm wondering if the router sees the constant packets going through and thinks it's a security issue.

How can I be sure the router is not blocking anything from the LAN to the WAN - or see if this is being done?
