WCF/CSM Not Working On 2960

Hello,
We are trying to get the Web Category filter working on the the vigor 2960.
We have purchased a license and confirmed our device shows as activated under the Objects Settings > Web Category Object > Content Filter License page.
We have made a policy that should be block all categories. We have then created a profile under Firewall > Filter Setup > URL/Web Category Filter using the block all categories policy.
Unfortunately the router seems to let all traffic pass regardless of website with the policy enabled.
Have we missed anything in the setup for the Web Category Filter?

I have a 2860 which suddenly decided all sites were uncategorised and blocked everything. The settings had not changed so it should have been working properly. I rebooted - no effect. I upgraded to the latest firmware and all is now fine. May be you could try the same.
