2850 caller display

I have a 2850Vn running firmware 3.6.8_2471201 and for some reason, it has stopped passing the caller display from the POTS phone line connected it it.

Any clues how to rectify this?

I too have this problem with a 2860Vac. VoIP Caller ID is fine, just POTS nit being passed through.

Any suggestions would be great.
