Hardware fault? was created by rnr107
Hello all!
I have been using my Vigor 2750n for a long while now without any problems.
But this morning when I tryed to access the Internet all I could get was "No connection" screen...
I then went to have a look at the router and the status LEDs were in a strange sequence:
ACT, HPA, and WLAN were OFF and DSL and LAN1 to 4 were ON solid.... Note: I don't have any wired connection on LAN port 2,3 or 4)
Now, I can't get to the internal web page of the router, I can't ping it and can not even get an IP address from the DHCP server...
Is my router fixable? How do I return it for repair? (I do realize it is out of warranty and happy to pay to get it fixed)
Regards,
Laurent

Doesn't sound good...but try resetting it firstly (reset button) and then raise
a support ticket... but it's a strange fault which sounds serious so might have
been zapped by lightning and I'm not sure they can fix that

Hi,
I did try factory reset... No effect.
Thank you for the reply! I will raise a ticket and see what they can do.
