Why are they MY support technicians?

Draytek has issues enabling vectoring G.993.5 and it's not just limited to Ireland as our non-tech support super admin user has made up!



Evidence? Do you know ANY other users who can't get vectoring to work?

I have vectoring working just fine on my line so something's not compatible with yours. Fact.

Well, they do monitor and I can call on them for info/help (if I feel inclined, or it would help a friendly user etc.), but your other points taken, fair enough :-) The join-up/rules do make it clear this is only a user forum, but it's more useful and populated that you suggest.

Following on from a quote by yourself about providing relevant information :)

Which router?
Which firmware?
Which modem code?
Which ISP?

Vigor 2860n f/w 3.7.8 on "567517_A/B/C" with BT Broadband.
If Vectoring is active, it says so in green underneath 'SHOWTIME' but Vectoring is not enabled across the nation - it's being rolled out. I have another site where it's not active/enabled.

None, but I'm very close to the cabinet.
