Ebay.

I've taken it up with the seller. They are being hard nosed about it... Despite it being a UK seller on the UK ebay, selling in sterling they claim that because they didn't say it would work in the UK they think it hasn't been mis-sold. There was nothing on the listing to indicate the item was an import and not supposed to be for use in the UK.

I've now opened a claim with SNAD claim with ebay to see what their opinion is.
