Brand new 2860ac - Configured from factory on 3.7.8.2, quite a minimal config...
Upgraded to 3.7.8.3 using .all firmware.
Router working fine but now constantly @ a minimum of 10% CPU utilization.
Looks like I'll be doing an .RST tonight again.
Draytek really need to sort this stuff out, it is becoming a joke the variations/problems caused by upgrading firmware. Overall I love the equipment but I'd never consider using it at a remote site.

Does the low cpu utilisation affect the router's functionality? I'm running 3.7.8.3 on mine and it's been working nicely since the update - I thought the CPU usage was a bit higher than would be expected on 3.7.8.2.
edit: hmm it's back up to 88% now, I wonder what it's doing?

Mine is constantly @ 10% at idle, whereas on 3.7.8.2 it hovered around 2%.
What a bloody joke. If this is by design, Draytek should put it in the changelog and tell us why. Going to put RST on it now and will report back.

Just to let people know Draytek are looking into the issue, but the upshot is for now, nothing to be worried about. I will ask them if it is OK to post in here if they give me any more information.

It is being looked at, but isn't cause for concern, basically.
