2925 SNMP/Data Flow broken? was created by sbv3000
Hi All
I monitor my 2925 through SNMP with Paessler network monitor, recording bandwidth use and throughput.
I recently upgraded firmware to 3.7.8.1 and it seems to have 'broken' Data Flow and SNMP reporting.
ie the network utilisation values shown on the LAN/WAN1/WAN2 ports is not showing correctly either on Data Flow or in Paessler.
for example, downloading a file (say Ubuntu ISO) the monitored Netgear prosafe switch ports report say 10000k/bps on the link too the 2925 and workstation however the monitored LAN/WAN ports on the 2925 is showing around 100k/bps. Data Flow on the 2925 shows equally lower values.
Values were reporting fine prior to the firmware upgrade
Has anyone a similar setup and or noticed any issues or can offer advice
TIA

Ok I 'Fixed' this myself having logged a ticket with Draytek support.
1) Reapplied 3.7.8.1 firmware - no change
2) Factory reset with 3.7.8.1 firmware - no change
3) Draytek asked me to setup Smart Monitor to provide information I had already given - I declined
4) Reverted to 3.7.6 firmware - WORKS CORRECTLY

How do I get previous versions of the firmware?

Try turning off hardware acceleration maybe? That can break the data flow monitor like that, but it's odd because I thought hardware acceleration was in 3.7.6 as well
