Tried the method described in the linked forum post;
Flashing via FW tool, during cold boot (triple-flashing LEDs)
Took it back to base FW, still shows incorrect model, tried going to the latest version from there via the same tool. No change
Will speak to support. Or return the router.

the voip option should appear on top of the wireless Lan 2,4G at the left menu option
sorry ... something is wrong, perhaps previous owner done some bad reflash ... is one firmware for all... before you return it talk to support, they reply fast
