Route a specific web domain over VPN?

Not quite, so the most relevant example, public VPN service to provide a USA ip to access Netflix USA, it's not what I'm looking to do but the most similar example.

I assume by the lack of response that this type of thing would not be possible, to be able to route specific web addresses or IPs via the VPN?

Can't say I've done this, but in principal the steps should be:
1) Edit your computer's (C:\Windows\System32\drivers)/etc/host file to resolve yourdomain.example to an arbitrary private but not-on-your-subnet IP address.
2) static NAT your chosen IP address to the real one
3) add the website's IP address to the 'subnet' of the VPN crypto map
This way, the computer will request the private IP from the router, the router knows it's Natted and translates it, looks it up in the routing table, and by virtue of the VPN entry, finds it at the other end of the VPN.
