Vigor 2860 Dropping ADSL & Locking out LAN / WLAN was created by oleochempm
Good Morning Everyone,
Having a problem with our 2860N Router and the Premium line and online tech query page are both down - Dealer support said it was because we had IPv6 turned off. Still no access to tech query with it on. Problem is "500 internal server error".
Back to our router issue
We previously had an issue with the router (2860N) dropping ADSL and basically locking up and stopping access to anything connected by LAN/WLAN. We disconnected the 4G Dongle (WAN 3) which resolved this issue. However, 2 weeks later (this morning) we have been faced with the same issue.
This morning the ADSL was dropped by the 2860N router (Confirmed with ISP). All connected nodes (i.e. printers etc) were not communicating with each other. Currently we have ADSL (WAN 1) and a switch connected to the router only.
We have Syslog operating. I have pasted an extract showing the loop the router seams to be in at the end of this message.
Thanks to anyone who can help or provide a direct e-mail address for Draytek support.

I think is better send the logs direct to the support but before maybe is good idea to update the latest software with the *rst* file extension (not sure if will solve your issue) if is not pain
