WAN 2 Interface not sending traffic properly was created by steven19900
good afternoon,
We have a draytek vigor 2850 and I have just connected a static IP address on the WAN2 interface. The IP in question for the purpose of this is 192.168.0.1 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and its default gateway is 192.168.0.254. On the outside the WAN2 interface gets connected to a cisco switch in our WAN VLAN. I have another host on the WAN VLAN on 192.168.0.20 but when I try and ping this device from a pc on the LAN side of the vigor the vigor recieves this and send the ICMP request to the default gateway of 192.168.0.254.
Any ideas why its doing this?
Thanks

Hi Babis3g,
Im unable to change the gateway as the actual IP address range is a public IP address space and the default gateway is our ISP on site router

How have you got your lan settings setup on the router?
