Here's my question:
In the pdf it says:

Known Issues
W800 Performance issue :
PC : Download 33~43 Mbits, Upload: 3~5 Mbits
Vigor2860 : Download: 6~10 Mbit/s, Upload: 2~5.5 Mbit/s



What does this mean?

It's regarding backup USB modems:

2. W800 USB Modem Performance issue :
PC : Download 33~43 Mbits, Upload: 3~5 Mbits
Vigor2860 : Download: 6~10 Mbit/s, Upload: 2~5.5 Mbit/s


Exists in 3.7.4.2 too.
