Vigor 2820 Wired Router, adding wireless was created by cjrisk
I have a Draytek Vigor 2820 Annex A wired router, im looking at at adding a wireless device to this, such as another router just so i can enable to make my network wireless.
Is this possible to do and if so is it easy?
Any help would be much appreciated!

I have an ap800 (wifi repeater not router) connected sometimes to 2830 & 2760
http://www.draytek.co.uk/products/business/ap-800
Is very easy, at the ap800 i have
Operation Mode Configuration > universal repeater
LAN >> General Setup
LAN-A IP Network Configuration
VigorAP Management
Enable AP Management ticked
Enable DHCP Client ticked
Right page DHCP Server Configuration disable
With this way i can control bind ip to mac and all the other settings via the 2830/2760
here how to set it
http://www.draytek.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=2777:ap800-how-to-use-universal-repeater-mode&lang=en
If you will use any other vigor Router such 2912,2130,2920,2925 etc you can also use at Wireless LAN >> WDS Settings, and set both of them (2820 & the other vigor router)
Here a quick guide i have find but is similar with the other vigor routers
http://www.draytek.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=1350:faq-article-1350&lang=en
Connecting them (2820 & router) by an ethernet Lan it is possible as well and i don't think needs anything special settings, the second router should read the first but to avoid conflicts you may need disable few settings at one or the other unit

Thank you for all of that information!
At the moment i have a wireless netgear router kicking around (didnt want to use this as the main router, well because it doesnt compare to a draytek!) however, i just wanted to find away if possible to use that for the wireless and then the main configuration is all set on the draytek.
If i need to get new hardware i dont mind, but if possible it would be handy to use the kit i already have.
Would i need to just connect the netgear wireless router into say wan 2 and alter the config somehow?

At the ( i think) 2820 should not change anything

I would say once you set it as repeater from its menu, to disable the dhcp at the netgear first ... if it works is much better than changing ip's addresses
Because at the 2820 you don't need to change anything ... if any problem post at their forums for more help because the netgear is the one needs changing in the settings so they will be able to offer more help than here
