Draytek 3900 LAN Profiles was created by proactis
Is it possible to have different internal IP's assigned to LAN ports?
I am basically want to separate them so that I can use one for development and one for support.
I have tried using the profiles but when I can only reach the one that I have set with 192.168.0.X, and not the one with 172.16.10.X?
Any ideas why?

I have multiple lan profiles, I have put them into separate vlans however.
I found that LAN -> Static Route -> Inter-LAN Route needs to be enabled to talk between the lan profiles.
