Looking to swap a 2830 with a 2860 to utilise dual Infinity wan. Is it possible to import settings from one to the other? I have quite a few firewall rules, subjects etc. would be far easier if I could!

No I'm afraid you will have to re-create them. Even if you do find it is possible somehow, I would strongly advise against it.
