Vigor 120-v1 and ipv6 was created by zylog
Hello all,

I am new to the site so please treat me gently :D

I am shortly moving my Internet connection to A & A, I would like to use my vigor 120-v1 which is fed into the latest Apple time capsule. I note from looking at the support pages that ipv6 is only supported in beta firmware. Is this still the case? Do I need to buy 120-v2?.

If anyone can help I would be much obliged.

Thanks. Peter.

Of course come back later to your thread if any other member knows something more but my opinion for an official answer ... is to email info@drytek.co.uk and ask both questions as here because they do say a beta is supporting ipv6 but i have not seen any new firmware (for the v1 & v2) for couple of years so not sure if them modems are still supported

the latest firmware for the v120 v1 should be 3.2.4.4, I don't think the documentation ever got updated but that should do ipv6 passthrough properly

Than you all for your replies, I will try the email to see if I can gather further information.

A & A will supply a bridging modem, I think it is a dlink from the 2007 era.

Thanks once again.

Peter.
