It's gone again :(. It seems to work if I restart the PS3 / Sonos.

I'll do as you suggest and contact support.

Out of interest, where do I get the rc7 firmware for the 2860n that I've seen mentioned on here? Would that help!

At UK download pages is only the rc4 ... The support should give you if you ask for it

Thanks babis3g!

Is anyone else running this router successfully with a Sonos unit? Seems to work if I restart the Sonos, but after a little while it fails until I restart it again.

Turns out that I can connect to the Sonos from a wired connection, just not over Wifi (apart from just after a reboot, or if I'm lucky). I've not got wireless isolation on this SSID, so I don't know where there is a problem.

Well, I know how you feel, I just started using VLANs on my 2830 and added an AP800, now my airplay is very hit and miss; it's really hard to pin down the cause and explain to draytek support though :(
