I currently use a BT Business ADSL line with a BT Falcon 2 IP Phone, the quality / kicked off of the VOIP calls is affected by Up-stream traffic like sceen sharing or File uploads because I only have 330 kbps available.
QoS seems to be the answer so I now have a Draytek Vigor 2850n but I cannot work out how to configure the QoS settings, has anyone done this and advise me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Babis3g, thanks for the links, it seems I have go tit working.
What I did was to assign IP Address to MAC for the Falcon2 Phone (I'm making the assumption that this is Static IP's in Draytek terms)
Then assign 25% outbound bandwidth to that Single IP Address and enabled "Outbound TCP ACK Prioritize"
Tested it while maiking a call and replicating my email and sending a 5mb file, seemed to work and I wasn't kicked off the call.
Will carry on playing with it to see if I have missed something but if any one has any other suggestions or tips then please let me know.
