VoIP QOS confusion

Hi

I have a 2830 non v model and an asterisk server sat behind it. All inbound and outbound calls are fine, but I want to add QoS. Reading all the articles has left me a little confused as I think they refer to older firmware.

On my QoS I have a setting

Enable the First Priority for VoIP SIP/RTP

If I enable this is it clever enough to look at the call set up information and include the UDP channels that the voice is carried on, or does it just cover port 5060?
