Yes is good idea to make an email to support but until the support reply you back (usually within 24 hrs)

You can also ring WIND but i am not sure if they will offer support with 3rd part modems
Also If you are not aware ... good local forums to check are http://www.adslgr.com/forum/forum.php and http://www.insomnia.gr/index
Latest firmware for your new modem can be find here

as mentioned i don't have the 2760 in my hands and i don't know the all Vdsl Wind settings ( i am in London right now) but them was basics settings to make it work

I have already done the first steps that you described.
first of all, i went to the WAN menu and i edited the default profile in the DSL tab like this:

that enabled my connection with my ISP . the DNS menu of the router was automatically updated with the ISP's DNS IPs.

If the 2760 updated with DNS servers from Wind then it should give access or at least is very close

... so go back to the step where you had DNS access and...
Disable the bridge or delete it ... press apply ... i may be wrong suggested you ... this is may helpful only if you have IPTV etc

Go to Network > WAN and the tab saying DSL MODE ... switch it to VDSL...apply

Now switch off the 2760 for 5 min (there is a reason i am asking for this) ... when after 5 min you switch it back on ... it should get the DNS servers automatic like at your quote ... wait up to 5 min to establish connection (it may need some time to synchronize with the VDSL at the cabin/FTTC cabinet)

Watch the dashboard any messages and also watch and report (to the support team) the activity of the lights of the 2760 if they are steady or flashing
DSL (Green) On The DSL port is connected.
Blinking(Slowly)The router is ready.
Blinking(Quickly)The router is trying to connect to Internet.

===============================================================================================================
If still not work ... few more trouble shootings ...make sure you have the correct id of your account (the one wind send by text) as i said try and with blank or leave a space

EDIT
Check at Network > WAN and ethernet tab if you believe anything needs to be done there
Network > WAN> DHCP settings if need to enable
Network > WAN> static Default route check if needs enable
Network > WAN.Dynamic route > RIP uncheck it if is enanble

Again sorry if i gave you hard time ... come back to your thread later if someone else having other suggestions

FINALLY as last step i can think is:
Do a master reset (in the case trying many times, something did not functioned correct) and try them settings you have back from the begin same as here
