I appreciate the suggestion but the space where the router has to fit is limited, needs to run cool and quiet. At the moment I only have Mac Mini's.

This is a support forum, not pre-sales, so a terrible place to get a balanced view of product experiences, and often just the same people repeating their own experiences when anyone asks :-) Buy it from a decent supplier and send it back if it doesn't do what it's supposed to! (IMHO)

I see your point - but I'm even less likely to get a balanced view from Draytek Sales ?

I'm not saying they are bad ... Lol

I've had previous draytek product that have been pretty reliable and plenty of features

2800vg
2820vsn
2830vn
Now 3900 but I wouldn't recommend it

I would not suffer from your load balancing issues - having only a single fibre modem - ethernet connection. Was the upnp problem fixed ? What version of the firmware is the best for you ?
