Okay another email and remote login from draytek and the load balancing is working. It survives even a wan failure and as soon as the Draytek detects the wan has come back up it switches back. It's slower than the 2020 at this for some reason. The trick is the subnet mask. The source mask needs to be 255.255.255.255 and not 255.255.255.0 shown in the manual. Also somebodies working example showed 255.255.255.0.
So that's fixed but it would be nice to get the local network side of upnp to work.

Just been busy with other projects and holidays as well as refurbishments during this winter as business's is closed for 2 months
