2830 VLAN Tagging was created by youngerpants
I'm having some difficulty setting up VLAN tagging on my Vigor 2830 following the instructions in the document "How to configure Multi-Subnet in Vigor2830"

For information my topology is as follows;
Draytek Vigor 2820 supporting 2 LANs - firmware version beta_0414 (I upgraded to the beta firmware after reading through some other posts on this forum)
LAN1 IP of 192.168.10.1
LAN2 IP of 192.168.1.1
(note; although I want both VLANs to have internet access through the router, I don't want them to see each other)

A single cable goes from port 4 into a Netgear FS728TP (IP 192.168.10.10)
6 wireless access points (Netgear WG102) coming out of the switch
I'm plugged into the switch on port 1

All kit is capable of VLAN tagging...

I set the correct IP details for LAN1 (LAN > General Setup > Details Page)

Next I enable VLAN Configuration (LAN > VLAN Configuration > Enable) and also check P4 (the port I'm using)

"Please set one vlan group at least! Please check port1"

OK, check port 1 too

"Please set one vlan group at least! Please check port2"

Fine, I'll check all ports, it doesn't really matter which port the cable is plugged into. Subnet is LAN 1, but I've not enabled tagging yet.

Reboot, now I can setup LAN 2 in the 192.168.1.x range

Enable this on all ports also, reboot, enable LAN 2

Now I can access the router on both 192.168.10.1 and 192.168.1.1

At this point I want to enable VLAN tagging so I can route the relevant clients through the relevant networks, so under LAN > VLAN I enable VLAN0 (LAN 1) and VLAN1 (LAN 2) VLAN Tags; set VID for VLAN0 to 1 and set VID for VLAN1 to 100

And... I lose all connectivity to the router despite having a static IP of 192.168.10.200

Am I doing something wrong?
