2850Vn + VigorPhone 350 was created by weehappypixie
Hi,
Using a Vigor 2850Vn connected to VDSL (Zen) but NOT using the built in VoIP. I have a VigorPhone 350 plugged in and configured for DrayTel. It has is using a STUN server. The 2850Vn has NAT rules in place for the the SIP, Stun and RTP ports being used.
Phone will register and is operational for a few hours then it will deregister. Worked OK with previous 2830Vn with same rules over ADSL.
Both router and phone have the latest firmware. Any ideas guys?
Thanks.
John

Could it be related to this? http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1670017 & http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1636493
The solution they give (and it seems to fix some similar problems that I've had) is: "Disable data filtering under firewall settings........"
I'm not sure that your problem is the same but I don't think it would do any harm. I was finding SSH and media streams were failing after random periods of time but don't have problems now.
