Vigor2830 series LAN port mirror was created by dexter
Hi

I run a Vigor2830 series, we use 2 switches one goes to port 3 the other port 4 and then the PC where the smart monitor is installed is in port 2, the issue is that after a hour or so the internet (browsing etc) becomes extremly slow and unusable until I disable the LAN port mirror then everything goes back to normal anyone had simplier problems or know how to resolve it?

Thanks

That's a weird problem that I haven't come across since I've got a 2820 but make sure to try the 3.3.7 firmware.
Does the Smart Monitor PC still have internet access when using just the one port / cable?

Seems to be working now, I was just using 1 line into the server I think that was causing a issue there is now 2 going in and all seems to be fine now.

I've found that with one of the newer beta firmwares, maybe 3.3.7 as well, the monitor port can still access the router / has internet access and if it can do that, you should be able to use just the one network cable for a smartmonitor setup on the 2830 :D
Good that it's working for you now as well.
