Can't access certain websites with 2830n was created by art vandelay
Hi

For some reason certain websites either load very slowly or not at all on my 2830n. Often resetting the router will fix it but frustrating.

This is with the router factory reset on the latest firmwire (and no settings changed).

Couple of example pages:

https://www.reseller.unlimited.com
https://www.msregrefurb.com/RRPSite/LoginPage.aspx

Everthing else will be working fine. Also I can remote access my home machine and log into the sites fine - so it's just through my work connection.

I also had this problem on my Billion 7800n previously although not as reguarly.

Any help much apreciated!

Cheers

Checked the MTU settings for your ISP?

Where do you set MTU in the 2830n? And what should it be for BT Business Broadband?
Thanks.

I've found a way to change the MTU thankfully.

Do Draytek actually have any support? No phone number, limited forum support and no repsonse via email support. Not impressed.
