Dial-in VPN user IP allocation was created by wellboy99
I'm hoping this issue is just me being dumb, hopefully someone can help!

I need my remote dial-in VPN user *not* to be allocated the default x.x.x.200 address when connected to the VPN but even if I set the "Assigned IP Range" under "VPN and Remote Access >> PPP General Setup" to e.g. x.x.x.250 the clients still get the x.x.x.200 address which is problematic as that address, on our LAN, belongs to our phone switch which I have no control over and can't change!

Router is a 2930n with f/w 3.3.6_232201

Hi,

Can you please confirm your Router model ?

Since you wrote :

"Router is a 2930n with f/w 3.3.6_232201"

But Vigor2930 series don´t have ADSL modem, so, there's no _232201 info on it.

Maybe you mean Vigor2830n, no ?

regards,

rj
