Thanks Neal,

On Management Port |Setup I now have the following:

Telnet Port: 8023
HTTP Port: 8080
HTTPS Port: 10443
FTP Port: 8021
SSH Port: 8022

Regarding "Change SSL VPN General Setup, from port 443 to something else - I suggest 10443 - "

How do I do that?

Sorry, my mistake - that feature isn't available on the 2820 - I was in front of a 2950 when I made my earlier posts. You can ignore my SSL VPN remark.

OK - Back to the grind.

I've set the management ports as described in my previous reply, Still cannot get on to the server via my Phone and 3G........ message is "cannot connect to server". Works fine on wireless inside the building. Not from outside.

Replaced the draytek with a netgear - and it works.

Any other suggestions.???

I guess you must have got tired or bored, or both.

Four days now and still no resolution to this problem.

This is an urgent matter and I am getting nowhere. Really makes me rethink my Router purchasing ortions.

Unfortunately I have spent more than £230 for what I thought would be a workable system.

It would be really helpful if I could perhaps talk to some live individual instead of wasting so much time getting absolutely nowhere.

How do I escalate this matter and get some real help?

Hello, perhaps it's worth raising a ticket with email support, or you suggest it's more urgent and requires a speedy answer please have a look at: http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/telephone_support.html and maybe give them a call.

Please post back the cause of the problem and resolution once resolved :D
