Load Balancing Scheduling was created by joelang1699
Being able to schedule load balancing on both WAN1/2 during the day would be great in order to take advantage of extra bandwidth outside traffic management hours with certain ISP's

That's now possible in 3.3.5.1 because they've added Load Balancing to the IP filter.

You can add load balance settings the firewall's filter rules now if you check under firewall - filter setup - #2 default data filter, you could make a filter rule in there which puts whatever traffic through WAN2 for instance and put a schedule on that. That should then be able to schedule load balancing policy like you're after.
