I'm fairly sure this is a problem with my broadband provider rather than the router, but I was wondering if anyone knew what this means (from the SysLog)

Vigor: DSL: DSL Rebooting...IPLM

I couldn't find anything on Google about what IPLM means.

During random periods of the day, the connection download speed will drop way lower than normal (upload is fine) and it will keep dropping the connection with the message above.
