This used to be on the V2800 under: Firewall > URL Content Filter > half way down.

On the V2910 it was at: CSM > URL Content Filter Profile

Can't find it on the 2820. Where is it? Thanks.

LAN -> Bind IP To MAC
Enable Strict Binding.

IT works the other way though - Only machines added to the list on the right are allowed access.

The other way is to set up a firewall rule.

The "Prevent Web access from IP Address" setting does something else.

It stops a PC *inside* the network accessing a web page by its IP address. I use OpenDNS to provede web content filtering. This setting stops someone bypassing the OpenDNS servers.

It's under CSM under URL Content Filter - you'd need to make a profile that doesn't have any keywords to block then apply it under Firewall - General Setup.

Tried it but does not seem to be working.

I have the following settings:

Profile Index: 1
Priority: Both : Block

1.URL Access Control
Enable URL Access Control: Tried ticked and not tricked.
Prevent web access from IP address : Ticked
Action: Group/Object Selections: Blank

URL: http://74.125.227.19/ still opens up Google.
