Packet loss/VOIP delay on V3300 with QoS

Hi there,

I recently bought a V3300 and I'm having some issues with it - so I'm looking for some help if thats possible.

I've got V3300, setup as the following (data and VOIP) all on IP address: 192.168.0.X - QoS being tagged on my Netgear 724AT Switch.

I've setup the following rules on the V3300:
Incoming QoS: Voice 30% bandwidth - TCP/UDP 5060-5061
Web - 30% bandwidth - TCP 80
Outgoing QoS: Voice 30% bandwidth - TCP/UDP 5060-5061
Web - 30% bandwidth - TCP 80

When I make a call there seems to be lag on the line - on my end (where the v3300 router is)
Also when I run a VOIP test from here: http://myspeed.visualware.com/voip/

When I ran that test, I get a report tell me that my packet loss is huge. In a real life the incoming voice to my end has a delay.

I didnt actually have these issues at all with my old router, so I can only assume that its something to do with the v3300.
